What data we collect

The contact form may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, room area, chosen solution and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

The data is used to respond to your enquiry, provide a consultation, prepare a quotation, arrange measuring and carry out communication related to the service.

Legal basis

Data is processed in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.

Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to manage the communication and quotation, normally no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or contractual obligations.

Recipients and processors

Contact form data is processed on our own website server and forwarded to SALANVITA, MB by email; it is not passed to third parties for advertising or data-trading purposes. Website hosting and email services are provided by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Kauno g. 6, LT-01314 Vilnius) — enquiry and website data are technically stored and transmitted on its servers. Website traffic statistics use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which processes anonymised usage data and is loaded only after you give consent; in that case data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. Data is not sold.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies and – only with consent – analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are not set until you give consent in the cookie window. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Only authorised SALANVITA, MB staff have access to enquiries.
